Martin S. Fawer - Chairman of the Board

Before joining TraderTools in 2001, Mr. Fawer was CFO and Treasurer of Zing Technologies Inc. (Zing), the successor of Zeus Components Inc., a leading distributor of electronic components to the military and aerospace communities. During his tenure at Zing, Mr. Fawer successfully managed the sale of the company's core business to Arrow Electronics (NYSE) in 1993. He subsequently served as CFO, Treasurer and Director of the two remaining Zing subsidiaries: Omnirel, a supplier of power semiconductor components, and TACTech, a semiconductor information service company. In 2000, Mr. Fawer successfully managed the sale of both subsidiaries to International Rectifier (NYSE) and Aspect Technologies (NASDAQ) respectively. He holds a B.Sc. from New York University, and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Brooklyn Law School, New York.

Yaacov Heidingsfeld - Chief Executive Officer, Co-founder

Before co-founding TraderTools in 1997, Mr. Heidingsfeld established and operated a private equity hedge fund, specializing in foreign exchange, interest rate and index option trading. Aside from actively trading in foreign exchange and options markets, he gained extensive software experience from design to implementation. Prior to that, he was a trader at Oscar Gruss and Son Inc. and an investment counselor for that firm in Tel Aviv, and held positions at the head office of Israel Discount Bank in Tel Aviv and at Standard & Poor's in New York. He holds a BA in Business Administration and International Finance from the Bernard M. Baruch College of Business of the City University of New York.

John Geraci - Chief Customer Officer

Before joining TraderTools in 2010, Mr. Geraci has been assisting VC-backed companies in the FinTech arena to achieve growth, profitability and scale. He was an active board member of Edgetrade, an EMS company successfully sold to Knight capital; serves on the board of Folio Dynamix; and has assisted SciVantage and Correctnet with sales and marketing strategies. Prior to that, Mr. Geraci was EVP Global Field Operations at Advent Software, where he increased that company's "Geneva product line" clients from 13 to over 50 and grew associated license revenues by over 70%. He holds a BS in Engineering from the US Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Emory University. Mr. Geraci has been, and remains, an active member of the TraderTools Board since November 2009.

Baruch Chasid - Chief Technology Officer

Before joining TraderTools in 2000, Mr. Chasid was CTO and co-founder of Call Manage Inc., a provider of cost-reduction technology for the telephony industry, where he ran the technology group in North America. Prior to that, he was a Team Leader in PC development at Tadiran Communications. With a strong background in communications protocols, real-time/embedded programming and SQL Client/Server technology, he holds a B.Sc. in Math and Computer Sciences from Bar-Ilan University, Ramat Gan, Israel.

Mark Mayerfeld - Executive VP, International Sales

Before joining TraderTools in 1997, Mr. Mayerfeld was Vice President of Sales for Track Data Corporation (NASDAQ), a provider of real-time financial data, financial databases, analytical services and data manipulation tasks to end-users in a variety of trading markets. During his tenure at Track Data, Mr. Mayerfeld was consistently the company's leading salesman. He holds a BA in Economics from Queens College of New York.

Monty Deitcher - VP, Operations

Before joining TraderTools in 2004, Mr. Deitcher was Vice President of Projects and Services for Fundtech, a leading provider of software solutions that facilitate payment, settlement and cash management. Prior to that, he was Director of Development for front-office trading systems at SureComp, an international banking software development company, specializing in trade finance solutions. He holds a B.Sc. and an MBA from McGill University, Canada.

Aharon Haber - VP, Strategic Services

Before joining TraderTools in 2003, Mr. Haber was co-CEO of a technology company specializing in the publication of Fixed Income Research. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Front Office Development at CSFB in New York and London, where he was responsible for systems for the Equities, Commodities, and Interest Rate derivatives desks as well as for Fixed Income Electronic Trading. He holds a BA from Yeshiva University, New York.
